My family frequents this restaurant for their pupusas. I've tried the chicharron con queso (favorite), revueltas, and de solo queso and all of them are delicious. Great tasting and decent portion size. The owner always greets us and they are all extremely nice. Feels like walking into a home kitchen with how the setting is in there. Highly recommend. Definitely the best pupusas in OKC - && I've tried several places so Mi Chalateca tops them!

Nos encantó el servicio la comida y las pupusas son el éxito. Lo mejor de Oklahoma gracias por la atención

Great service and delicious pupusas and tamales. The mariscos were good, too. Highly recommend when you have a craving for pupusas. The portions are huge!

The menu shown in a photo of a snacks/Antojitos menu is no longer available. All prices are significantly more expensive than those shown in the images included here.

The food here is amazing. The little $2 tacos are so dang good! You will definitely need like 5. Order some crema (even though it's like $3 for a teaspoon. But it's so good with the tacos. The pupusas really shine here. I've had the revueltas which was great. I thought the frijoles y queso was a bit salty for my liking. I also got an order of chicharonnes which was a huge portion. Meat was crispy and juicy. Also a TAD on the salty side for me. I would absolutely recommend. A small order goes a LONG way here. Lots of food!

We got delivery to our airbnb and it arrived as we were pulling in which was great timing! The chicharron was AMAZING and the horchata was good but the carne asada didn't have much flavor. We ordered a pupusa with chicharron y queso but we received one with pollo y frijoles, tasted ok but they didn't give any curtido with the order. I also received a text after delivery saying "don't forget to tip, have a nice night" which I thought was odd considering all of the delivery fees I already paid through the restaurants site. If I was in the area again I would eat at the restaurant instead of delivery.

A hidden gem in Oklahoma City! Delicious food, large portions, and a relaxed hole in the wall atmosphere. Glorious drinks and hot plates. Salvadoran food is a a delight and we're so lucky to have this in Oklahoma. Decent service. Lunch can get a little busy, but it's worth the wait.

I'm so happy to find a place to get yummy pupusas! They are a decent size, not too greasy, and are not stingy on the filling. The curtido had a great taste and was perfect for the pupusas. I had one revuelta and the other loroco with cheese. We also ordered the yucca frita with chicharrón. Everything had great taste! The poor waiter was the only one working but he still did a good job taking care of the full place. Yes the place is old and it's kind of rundown but it's clean and it didn't take away from enjoying our meal.
